I really hadn’t thought of depression as a soul sucking demon dog. Thanks for that. To each his/her own. https://bipolardyke.wordpress.com/2015/02/10/the-black-dog-of-fill-in-the-blank/
Depression has always been the lurking dark cloud or soupy fog that follows one person (me) everywhere I go. Like Pigpen, from the comic strip Charlie Brown, but not a dirt cloud. An umbrella of noxious thoughts that cling like body odor, no matter how many times you wash. Personal imagery from my own shadow even on sunny days.
something to ponder … What if the umbrella is just upside down … collecting toxic thoughts that isn’t really your thoughts ? .. but they ( the thoughts) kinda settle in like the chicks under a chicken ? cause everything is energy ..and all people have clouds around them light ones or dark ones ..or sometimes both that are their thoughts feelings ..everything .. well they can photograph it these days 🙂 .. Think about it … you might find you surprise yourself when you see what is just you … and can separate out all the debris & junk other peoples opinions .. ways .. energy … etc put there

Right now I am attracting negatives at an alarming rate. I suspect that a stronger boundary and work on my self esteem, will block some of this.
