keep them on a schedule
feed and water them regularly
pretend you don’t know what
Friday night means
or Saturday morning
keep farmer’s hours
they just might make it to
school on time
alarms are for parents
children seem to be able
to sleep through anything
especially their own alarms
texts, chirps, tweets and phone calls
insist upon bathing

Shall I believe that he went to sleep
as soon as he got home?

Probably not.

  1. LOL! Sounds like you really have your finger on the pulse of your boys. 😀 “feed and water them regularly” Sounds like the most valuable basic instructions any parent can get. Someone said to me once there really is no goal you should be shooting for as a mom except to be consistently adequate. Sounds like you got that covered!

Any thoughts on the above post are appreciated! Otherwise, I think I must be living under a rock.
