I wrote this for you and hope it gives you some that you lost.
I have a golden hug for you
with a warm center to enfold you
and help you heal your heart and soul.
I will run barefoot through the dew
and think of you as I plant a row of trees today.
Renewal, strength and growth go to you with your resilience.
Freedom from dirty hands and words
will produce deep roots, a stem, branches
with beautifully full leaves that eventually bear flowers and
fruit that will provide continual sustenance for your yearning soul.

seed self watering
the soil with unsalted tears

It feels like a spell, followed by a prophesy which brings a shift in the atmosphere and gives me something solid to hold on to.
I could say that I love it, but love is too small a word.

You are very welcome! It just fell out of my head onto the page. Today I must plant the Rose of Sharon/Crepe Myrtle trees I promised in the poem. Yesterday I was in bed.

Just do whatever is good for you right now. If you don’t manage to plant the trees the poem will still be valid, and beautiful. Isn’t it a wonderful feeling when you find the words just waiting for you to write them down? It cna make you feel like a fraud; as if you the Universe has generously chucked them your way, and you shouldn’t take the credit – but you should, because they are yours. The brain is a complex organ.
