Well, today was the second big day
of the month that included court
school, food, lawyers, anxiety
and driving.
On any other day, I would
have driven myself and my children
to the courthouse. I learned
my lesson on the last trip.
I am frail. There, I said it.
I collapsed on the stairs
last time. This time,
I took the elevator down
One floor surrounded by my
statuesque sons. Defendant
victim and witness. Parent
number two was absent. But
he is of no matter to the
current state of things.
More community service,
therapy, and the incident
goes away, like childhood
during a divorce. We drove
the few blocks to find my Bear
and Girlie at the park.
Our caravan traveled to
buy food for a car and a half
of children-men woman and
girl child. I sighed
surrounded by my boys and girl.
We shared fries and spoke of
the nothing serious that
makes Pokemon Go.
